QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

To help you plan and make the most of the weekend, we have answered the most common questions regarding event timings, attire, travel, and local logistics below.

WEDDING DAY DETAILS

What time should we arrive at the ceremony?

We recommend arriving at Capilla del Rosario by 4:15 PM (15 minutes early) to be comfortably seated before the ceremony starts at 4:30 PM.

How do we get from the church to the reception?

Following the ceremony, guests are invited to take a scenic 7-minute walk through the historic center to Hotel Quinta Real. Guests are also welcome to use uber or a taxi.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The religious ceremony is indoors. The cocktail hour and reception will take place within the historic courtyards and cloisters of Hotel Quinta Real, featuring both covered and open-air spaces.

Is parking available at the venues?

Hotel Quinta Real provides valet parking services. Since historic downtown Puebla has narrow colonial streets and limited street parking, we strongly recommend walking or using Uber/DiDi.

What times does the celebration end?

The reception and after-party will conclude at 2:00 AM at Hotel Quinta Real.

What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Please let us know your dietary needs when confirming your RSVP with our event assistant via WhatsApp so we can accommodate you with the catering team.

DRESS CODE & ATTIRE

What is the dress code for Saturday's wedding?

Black Tie. Men in traditional dark tuxedos; women in floor-length formal evening gowns.

What should we wear to Friday's Welcome Cocktail?

Friday is Cocktail Attire. Men in sport coats or blazers with tailored trousers; women in chic cocktail dresses

Are there any colors or styles we should avoid?

We kindly ask female guests to avoid shades of white, ivory, cream and florescent colors. For men on Saturday, a classic tuxedo is requested.

What footwear is recommended for historic downtown?

Puebla’s historic center features colonial cobblestone streets. We recommend block heels, platforms, or wedges for the walk from the church to the reception venue.

What will the weather be like and what layers should I bring?

April in Puebla brings warm, sunny days (around 75°F to 78°F) and cooler evenings (dropping to 54°F to 58°F). We suggest bringing a light wrap, jacket, or evening shawl for outdoor evening areas.

While we love your little ones, our wedding events are adults-only celebrations. We hope you can enjoy a relaxed night off celebrating with us.

TRAVEL & ARRIVAL

Which airport should I fly into?

For the most direct international flight options, flying into Mexico City (MEX or AIFA) followed by a 2-hour luxury bus to Puebla is the best route. Alternatively, Puebla Airport (PBC) offers direct flights from Houston and connecting domestic routes.

When should we plan to arrive in Puebla?

We recommend arriving by Friday morning or early afternoon so you can comfortably check in to your hotel and unpack before the Welcome Cocktail at 7:30 PM.

How do I get from the Puebla bus terminal to the hotel?

Will transportation be provided between wedding events?

For Friday’s Welcome Cocktail at Club de Golf, Uber or taxis from your hotel are the most convenient option (15–20 min ride). On Saturday, the church and reception venue are located just a 7-minute walk apart in historic downtown.
